Lone Star R/C Series 2008 # 1 San Antonio

A great day for us. Ophelie finished second in the kids class a couple of seconds behind the winner Josh Scott.  I had a second place in the 19T class and also won 2nd place in the body design concours.  Nitro did not go as well with quite a few problems in the qualifications forcing me to go thru the B main which I won in 51 laps. In the A main I finished 3rd on the track but my receiver battery was down and in the last laps my transponder stopped counting so I classified in 6th place.
